Lisa O’Dwyer is an incredibly passionate individual and gives full commitment to everything she does in life. Her involvement in the Fort Collins Community and specifically with Off the Hook Arts is exceptional. Originally from Pennsylvania, she moved out to Fort Collins once she graduated college to pursue an Art History degree. With her interest and appreciation of architecture and history of different cultures, she moved to Japan for a while to teach English and met her husband. For the next ten years, the new adventure was a return to her husband’s homeland of Ireland. Now, Fort Collins is grateful to have her back pursuing a career in Real Estate.
O’Dwyer learned so much from her worldly experiences and developed her love and appreciation for what the definition of “home” truly means to someone. With her Art History major, she uses her knowledge to connect the history of the homes to what families are seeking. She understands the pressures of moving and how monumental it can be in people’s lives.
Not only is O’Dwyer a successful realtor, but she is a strong ally of Off the Hook Arts. She met our President, Nathalie Rachline, at a City of Fort Collins planning event and was inspired by our program and its mission. She served as a board member for two of our festivals in 2019 and hopes to join events again soon. She plans on donating $1000 to Off the Hook Arts with any new or old real estate client that gives their business buying or selling a home and results in a closing. We deeply appreciate her commitment to our organization and highly recommend individuals to seek her knowledge and passion for Real Estate inquiries.
Lisa also deeply cares about the connections she makes with her clients. She quotes, “A home doesn’t sell itself anymore! I hope that I can be a friend in the end to my real estate clients and make a very stressful experience enjoyable.”
