The founders, Toby and Alix Gaud have been long time chocolate lovers and decided to commit their time to explore a variety of flavors of chocolate and the chemistry between them. What began as a hobby is now a career and a deep passion of theirs.
Toby and Alix are dedicated to making the world a better place through making chocolate with strong consideration of the people who produce their ingredients and the lands that they grow on.
They are also generous and active members in the community who provide funds to nonprofits in Fort Collins, such as Off the Hook Arts. Toby and Alix genuinely believe that everyone should be able to follow their passion and make the best of their lives.
