Bruce has been in the Piano and Organ business for over 40 years and has been trained on all the major brands of piano including Steinway, Yamaha, Kawai, and Roland.
He has designed keyboard courses and been on multiple product design teams for the Lowrey company. On the other hand, Dixie has spent numerous years as a national customer service manager for a leading woodworking products manufacturer. This experience has given her a keen insight into how to treat both new and returning customers.
