Painter
Rachel started oil painting around 5 years ago with a private teacher, and since then she has immensely enjoyed taking art classes at school and pursuing art through extracurricular activities. She mainly works with oil paint, but also enjoys working with other media such as oil pastels and watercolor.
Still Life with Flowers and Apple

This piece is a colorful and bright still life, consisting of a variety of flowers as well as fruit. It paints a serene nature morte of vibrant flowers and rich, muted leaves in a vase. The piece is a contrast between the warm colors in the vase and apple and the cool colors in the fabric and background. Some of the leaves and flowers have fallen down on the table, which is draped with saturated purple and green fabric, along with a red cut apple.
