Blues, Rock, & Soul Band
West Side Joe and the Men of Soul is a blues, rock, and R&B trio based in Ft. Collins. The three guys in the band are good friends, and the struggles and constraints of the pandemic have forged a new spirit and purpose for them. They are currently working on an album at Stout Studios in Ft. Collins funded by a Kickstarter campaign that gave friends, neighbors, and genearl music lovers the opportunity to be a part of the album-making process. The first song they finished for the album was “Raindrop Don’t Care.” Give it a listen below!

“Raindrop Don’t Care”
“Playing with my seven year old daughter outside our house, I heard her sing “raindrop don’t care.” By night, I had the basic frame of the song written. In May, on a rainy day, I recorded the song with my band.”
Written by Joe and Stella Schicke.
