Cancelled: Bard’s Confession

Telling our stories is the re-telling of our journey from darkness to light, from despair to possibility.

The world has been through a dark time; many of us have suffered loss both physical and emotional. It’s not our first time to face difficult challenges—it won’t be our last. Telling these stories help us make sense of the world and our place in it.

Mary Roberts Off the Hook Arts WinterFest 2020

Do you have a story where you journeyed from darkness to light? Our stories can be about loss or change or even an aha moment that helped us change our perspective.

Did you rediscover a passion during our isolation this past year?

As you struggled through a difficult time, did you find a way to see it differently?

Did you finally let go of an old story while creating a better one?

We need six storytellers to get up on stage and bravely tell their story. You will be coached by Mary Roberts of Side Porch Stories, Osher Lifelong Learning Instructor and Boulder Story Slam two-time winner.

Masks and proof of vaccination will be required for all WinterFest 2022 events.
