Jim Kelly is an entrepreneur, founder, and former CEO of Syscom Services and Three Times Tech, technology companies based in the Washington DC area with divisions specializing in large Web development projects, digital marketing, and enterprise information systems.
Syscom Services and Three Times Tech were sold to employees and an outside third party.
Jim is presently an investor and board member of Ride DNA, an advanced cycling technology company. He also works with small and mid-sized businesses in Colorado through the Small Business Development Center of Larimer County, as a mentor, instructor, and coach.
Passionate about helping out in the community, Jim has served on the board of directors for the Sustainable Living Association and has been a mentor for at-risk youth through the Matthews House in Fort Collins. He has volunteered with Off the Hook Arts since 2020 in a variety of business capacities and now serves as the President of the Board of Directors.
On the personal side, he loves scuba diving, playing chess, tennis, soccer, golf, and traveling with any and all of his wonderful family members and friends.
