Shouldn’t there be spring weather, with the sound of bats cracking and cracker jacks and hot dogs on hand? Not in the music world! On our turf it means that the PYCH After School Chamber Music program is in full swing! First day is on the books and it was smooth sailing with great success. Fifteen students and their parents met with coaches, Silvana Santinelli, Rubia Santos, Michael Schaefer, Chip Miller, Jephta Bernstein, as we got started with our opening general informational meeting at Ridgeview Classical Charter School yesterday, January 15th. A great time was had by all with lots of music making to go around. Thanks to all who helped in the production of this first day. I think we’re going to have a very productive, collaborative program this spring. Stay tuned for the occasional update. I’m sure we’ll have lots of news.
